What is NASBA?
The National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) serves as a forum for the 55 boards of accountancy. Its mission is to enhance the effectiveness of state boards of accountancy. In addition to providing various programs and services to state boards, one of its main goals is to identify, research, and analyze major current and emerging issues affecting state boards of accountancy.
 
What is the 150-Hour Requirement?
This refers to the requirement that new CPA candidates complete 150 semester hours of education prior to graduation.

Does Colorado require 150 hours of education to sit for the CPA exam?
The Colorado General Assembly approved the change to 150 hours of education during the 2010 legislative session.  All CPA licenses issued after June 30, 2015 will be required to have 150 hours to sit for the CPA exam.
